16.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the mc777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mc777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

16.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or severed from the Agreement if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
